Xiaoxu (Bliss) Hou
Originally from Mainland China, Xiaoxu (Bliss) has studied and worked at Pitt for over eight years. Pittsburgh is her second hometown and she loves it! As a proud Pitt alumna who graduated with a Master’s degree in Foreign Language Education and a Certificate in Asian Studies, she strives to build a bridge between students and the University and help them find the best-fit program at one of the top public universities in the United States.

Ying Tung (Ivy) Chou
A two-time Pitt alum, Ying Tung (Ivy) came here and never left! She is from Taiwan and lived in China as well before making Pittsburgh her final destination. Her bachelor’s degree in Applied Developmental Psychology and M.Ed. in Higher Education Management. As a former international student, she cares deeply about international education and international students’ experience at Pitt. She loves traveling, trying different kinds of food, and learning new languages! In her free time, you will find her either outside exploring new restaurants or at home nerding out about anime.

Kaitlyn Livingstone
Kaitlyn is a proud Pitt alumna with degrees in Linguistics, Spanish, Latin American Studies, and Portuguese. She chose Pitt for its robust international opportunities, and her favorite Pitt memories include studying abroad in Brazil and Bolivia. Kaitlyn loves welcoming students from the U.S. and abroad to the Pitt family!

Zane Dilts
Hailing from Punxsutawney, PA, the home of Groundhog Day, Zane earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science before teaching English with Fulbright Austria, where he also learned German. Zane grew up on a farm in the countryside and loves to spend as much time as he can in nature. He can typically be found rooting for Pittsburgh sports teams, reading in parks, or exploring Pittsburgh’s cafes.

Guillermo Aviles
Guillermo is originally from Texas and became a Pittsburgh transplant four years ago. Although he completed his undergraduate and graduate studies in Texas, he recently completed a certificate in HR Law through Pitt’s Law School. Guillermo enjoys Pittsburgh’s four seasons and is excited there is always something to do in the Burgh.
