Who is eligible for the Stamps Scholarship?
PA residents who are U.S. citizens and have demonstrated leadership, scholarship, service, perseverance and innovation are eligible to be considered for the Stamps Scholarship. Candidates must submit a completed application for admission and the PA Scholars Application no later than December 1.
